Before Joining F&B HR in 2024, Jennie spent over 23 years working in the retail management sector at both store and regional level in HR Management and Recruitment. As well as being a HR Consultant for the past 2 years working in various industries and sectors.
She has a wealth of experience in the whole employee lifecycle from recruiting, training, and developing employees through to redundancy and restructuring and the management of complex Employee Relation cases. F&B HR has a strong desire to deliver high levels of customer service with a personal touch that working as an employee or for an agency can stifle.
