In our next training session on 6th November 2024 between 9.30am - 11am our resident HR consultant Jennie will explore the new Labour Government Employment Rights Bill unveiled by ministers on 10th October and what this means for employers.
Furthermore a detailed insight into the pro-active duty placed on employers to prevent sexual harassment at work which comes into effect on 26th October.
This duty applies to all employers, regardless of size or sector, and extends beyond workplace harassment by colleagues to include third-party harassment from customers, clients, and visitors.
